The hours for each course are the total training hours and do not include break times. So a 1 day course will run over 7 hours to accommodate 6 hours of training plus breaks.

HSE-Health and Safety Executive compliant course suitable for anyone who has completed a 3 day FAW course and is about to expire. If your FAW has expired you will need to redo the 3 day course.

Annual First Aid Skills Update 3 Hours

It is advised by the HSE to update your skills annually to keep them fresh between qualifying courses.

This course is not run by FS 1st Aid Training it is delivered directly through Skillbase First Aid and is booked through the BHS via their website.
It is designed for equestrians specifically and can be used as the first aid qualification for APCs (Accredited Professional Coaches) and registered grooms. For further information see link above on the BHS website.
